The restaurant was very nice for breakfast, with delicious dishes. the exceptional views over the ocean made the experience even better. - the large room and convenient beachfront location were great. - All the staff members were really helpful.

Rooms were gorgeous. Location is perfect especially for the ferries and the beach.

Aircon struggled to cool the room. Water was turned off at some point in the night. No airport pick up ( they didn't respond to my emails asking about it).

Lots of delicious options for meal. Location just next door to gardens. Accommodating, exceptional employees from cleaners to management.

This venue is clean, peaceful, and has incredibly friendly staff, the rooms are spacious and well-maintained, and the location is excellent!

The pool is nice, food and drinks are good. Rooms are pretty comfortable. Free transfer to Chaweng beach. Staff are very kind and helpful. Would stay here again.

Internet is not free. A/C was quite noisy and you could hear motorbikes and cars as our room was facing the street. Sound is not well isolated. Airport transfer is chargeable by person, not by the car and it's too expensive just for a 5-10 minutes drive. Difficult communication in English but we managed it.

Our deluxe queen room had plenty of storage space, a shower, an electric kettle, and a fridge for extra convenience.

The Resort was so lovely. All the waterfalls, water fountains and gardens made the ambiance so great. The staff were very helpful and breakfast was very good in the morning.

Due to all the flowing water the insects seemed to go crazy...some citronella lamps in public areas and bug killers in the room would have been good.

The price and the location were good for us because we were staying 2 nights before taking the boat to Koh Phangan and the pier is walking distance from the hotel (if you go to Haad Rin). The price was reasonable and our stay there was nice. The staff helped us with transfers to cha weng beach, fishermen's village....

They forgot to clean our room on the only full day we spent there. Under the bed was plenty of sand and it was not sand that we brought... For deluxe room, not very nice! We didn't really like the restaurant either, they charged 2000 baht for seafood barbecue : when calculating, we should have had more than 2kgs of seafood and we hadn't, our mistake to trust the "chef"!!!

The pool and beach were very close to each other and it had a chilled out feel about it.

The rooms had a lot of windows so it felt a little bit exposed. The staff were friendly but did keep you waiting and didn't really explain what they were doing

the design of the villa, the price is quite good, the swimming pool is acceptable; parking not a problem; we felt safe

staff was not super helpful; the design of the shower; the beach was a bit too rough to swim in (in early Sept); recurrent breakdown of electricity supply lasting for minutes though.

Unbeatable and convenient setting, I didn't feel like leaving.

The hotel was located very close to beautiful garden with beach view as well as also near to Airport. The bed was very clean and room exceptionally clean and huge. Their food was AMAZING with lots of meals.
